[RE] WRITE with Delia-René

Started during lockdown in 2020, Delia-René recognised a lack of support, workshops and advice for those that are screenwriters within the industry, she began by giving advice and script feedback as she understands first hand how lonely it can being a scriptwriter. Since then, [RE]WRITE has supported over 100 screenwriters within the UK and internationally.

[RE]WRITE has partnered with United Agents Agency in order to bridge the gap between unrepresented writers with literary agents to help support their career into screenwriting for TV & Film. We have completed numerous online zooms for screenwriters to get the change to talk to agents, this has proven successful with numerous writers now represented by United Agents!

[RE]WRITE has also supported writers to elevate their scripts, with many turning their scripts into short films, commissioned by Sky Arts, Amazon and BFI to name a few!

Delia-René was recognised for her mentoring skills with her consultancy and awarded the “Mentor Of The Year” at the Edinburgh TV Festival in 2023. She is also a regular correspondent on Sky TV News regarding TV & Film and interviewed on BBC 1Xtra. She regularly panels and judges at film festivals including BFI, Women Of The Lens, and Watersprite Film Festival.

Delia-René has also curated workshops online and in person for writers surrounding writing scripts, pitching and much more for companies such as BFI, Film North, Netflix and Spotify. She also provides script editing and mentoring services.
